Your role on the team
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll guide the onboarding process for our new customers who use our Smart Energy Services. During the first few weeks, you’ll stay in close contact with them to ensure that everything goes smoothly: that the installation is working, the data processing is accurate, and the customer feels well taken care of.
In addition, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners regarding technical questions and issues. You know how to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way.
Your colleagues also know where to find you easily. The sales team consults with you for technical input so they can advise customers even better.
In short: you are Repowered’s calling card. With your social skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities, you build strong relationships, gather valuable feedback, and turn that feedback into actions for improvement—all to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Who are you?
You get a kick out of solving complex problems and enjoy interacting with a variety of people, always with patience and a smile. You’re service-oriented, handle incoming requests with ease, and ensure that every ticket is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Don’t have an answer right away? No problem. With your analytical mindset, you dive into the data and come up with an appropriate solution.
You’re eager to learn and curious, and you enjoy diving into our services to become a product and service expert. Even when processes aren’t fully established yet, you work in a structured way and take the initiative as soon as you see opportunities for improvement.
What are you bringing?
- You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking.
- You have 1 to 3 years of work experience in B2B customer service and are accustomed to building long-term customer relationships.
- You have experience in a (technical) customer support or operational role, preferably in the technology or energy sector.
- Don't have any experience in these sectors yet? In that case, we're especially interested in hearing about your motivation for working in this sector.
- You can easily switch between Dutch and English. Customer contact is primarily in Dutch, but internally you’ll be working closely with international colleagues and using English-language systems.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot or Airtable is a plus.
